Day - 1Arrival at Delhi
Arrive today in India capital city of Delhi. Upon arrival you are greeted with a traditional Indian welcome and transfer to hotel.
Delhi : is the capital of India, which has a strong historical background. Being the capital of Delhi, Delhi is the second largest metropolis in the country. Delhi total area of the city is 1,483 sq km. The population of the city is around 18 million.
This is the most ancient city of India. Overnight at hotel.
Day - 2Delhi
Morning after breakfast city tour of Delhi. Old & New Delhi.
Drive Pass Red Fort Built by Mughal Emperor Shahjahan, the builder of Taj Mahal in Agra, The construction lasted from 1639 to 1648 (Monday Closed) visit Jama Masjid Built by Mughal Emperor Shahjahan which is the largest mosques in India where 25,000 people can pray in the open courtyard at time. And the length of the Mosque is 40 Meters (130 ft) & Width is 27 Meters (90 ft).
Rajghat : The simple square platform of black marble marks the place where the father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi was cremated where you can see the internal flame is burning.
Later in the afternoon visit New Delhi. Qutub Minar: Qutub Minar is an excellent example of Afghan Architecture. The Minar is 72.5mts high victory tower, the construction of which began in the final year of the twelth century by Qutubuddin Aibak and was later completed by his successor. It has been (UNESCO) World Heritage Site in 1993.
Humayun's Tomb : Built by Humayun's widow, Bega Begum (also known as Haji Begum), in 1565-1572, and designed by Mirak Mirza Ghiyas, a Persian architect Haji Begum in the 16th century with beautiful char Bagh (Garden). The building is made of red sandstone and white marble.
DRIVE PASS : India Gate : India Gate is the memorials to soldiers, died in the First World War, built in 1921.
President Palace : Designed and developed by the famous English architect Sir Edwin Lutyens (1869- 1944). The official residence of the president of India and all government buildings.
Day - 3Delhi – Leh By Air
Morning after breakfast transfer to the airport to board the flight to Leh. Upon arrival meet our representative and transfer to hotel. Check in at hotel. Leh - Placed at an altitude of 3542 meters, the enchanting Leh is one of the most popular tourist destinations of India. It is extremely important that you acclimatize yourself to the high pressure of the high altitude so that you can enjoy your vacations here. The rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day - 4Leh
Morning after breakfast free for leisure activities. Later in the afternoon Shanker Gompa Sankar Gompa Monastery is the auxiliary of the Monastero Spituk which was institutionalized by the Red Hat Institution. On the other hand, they were taken over in the 15th century by the Yellow Hat sect. Those who come to this Sankar Gompa Monastery for staying are generally from Gelugpa Order and these people are believed to be the consecutive incarnations of the Skyabaje Bakula Rinpoche. The Sankar Gompa Monastery is a modern type of Monastery with striking cluster of buildings erected in the midst beautiful tall trees across the town, in the region of Khardung La which is a 5,359 m pass that goes from Leh to the Nubra and Shylock Valleys. Overnight in the hotel.
Day - 5Leh - Khardongla Pass – Leh (Approx 40 KM, one way)
Morning after breakfast day- excursion to Khardongla pass. It is well-known as the worlds highest motorable road at an altitude of 5600 meters. Enjoy the amazing surroundings with the snow-covered peaks and lush greenery. Later in the evening drive back to Leh. Overnight at hotel.
Day - 6Leh - Pangong Lake (Approx 225 KM, 6 Hrs)
Morning after breakfast drive to the Pangong Lake. On the way, drive past Chang La- the high mountain pass at an altitude 5360 m. Later drive towards the lake crossing Durnuk and Tangtse village, placed in Changthang region. Upon arrival check in at Camp. The rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight at Camp and enjoy the dinner.
Day - 7Pangong Lake – Leh (Approx 225 KM, 7 Hrs)
Early morning wake up and enjoy the picturesque view of the sunrise on the lake. After Breakfast, drive back to Leh. Enroute, visit Thiksey Monastery. Thiksey Gompa which is one of the most beautiful monasteries in Ladakh. Which is one of the largest in the central region. Also, visit Shey Palace- an old summer palace of the erstwhile rulers of Leh. Overnight at hotel.
Day - 8Leh - Sarchu (250 KM, 05 Hrs)
Morning after breakfast drive to Sarchu passing Puga, Sarchu an important stopover on the Leh – Manali Highway. On the way visit the Tsokar Lake. A vacillating salt lake located in Rapshu (Southern Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir), Tso Kar / Tsho Kar is popular for its depth and size. (Biggest and highest plateau for a stretch of 42 Kms). Later drive to Sarchu by crossing Nakeela and Lachlung La The pass is located between Manali-Leh-Highway, on the way to Manali from Taglang La. Nakee la Pass is third of the five passes to be crossed while traveling from Manali to Leh. It is between Sarchu and Pang. Upon arrival check in at Camp. Overnight at Camp and enjoy dinner.
Day - 9Sarchu - Manali (Approx 225 KM, 05 Hrs)
Morning after breakfast, drive to Manali via Jispa. While crossing Jispa, spot amazing scenery and panoramic views of the lovely Himalayas that pass by you. Upon arrival check-in at hotels. Rest and relax for a while. After lunch, step out for visiting Manali’s major tourist attractions like Hadimba Temple, Later in the evening enjoy Mall Road. Overnight at hotel.
Day - 10Manali
Morning after breakfast full day excursion to Rohtang Pass. This is a 100-yr old snow, glacier, a well-known tourist attraction, which is visited by a large number of tourists every day. The other visit of the day will be Solang Nallah. At both these places, along with treating your eyes to the surrounding beauty, on a way back stop at Solang Valley enjoy the Paragliding, ropeway, etc. Later in the evening explore the Mall road. Overnight at hotel.
Day - 11Manali – Shimla (Approx 250 KM, 06 Hrs)
Morning after breakfast drive to Manali. Enrout, explore the Kullu valley, an extremely beautiful place where you can enjoy, river rafting, Apple Garden, a beautiful and Pandhoh Dam, an embankment on river Beas. Upon arrival check in hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day - 12Shimla
Morning after breakfast full day’s excursion to Kufri, a small beautiful town. Once you reach Kufri, you can enjoy a lot in this picturesque location. Try your hand in trekking or hiking. You can also take a pony ride to explore the surroundings. While returning to Shimla, visit Jakhu Temple. Dedicated to Lord Hanuman, this is an ancient temple; in the evening enjoy Sun Set point. Later in the evening explore the Mall road for shopping. Overnight at hotel.
Day - 13Shimla – Delhi (Approx 340 KM, 07 Hrs)
Early morning breakfast drive to Delhi. Upon arrival at Delhi. After some rest you will be transferred to the Delhi airport, Railway Station to board the flight / Train to your onward destination.
